Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my item?
Personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. We encourage customers to carefully review all spelling and customisation details before placing an order, as these cannot be changed once production begins.
We do offer a 30-day return window for ready-made, non-personalised items. The item must be returned in unused, original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the returned item arrives damaged, we cannot issue a refund — in such cases, the customer must file a claim directly with their chosen courier.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo at help@henryshub.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) before 12:00 PM (midday UK time) are printed, packed, and shipped the same day. To cancel, you must email us before 12:00 PM on the same business day your order is placed.
If we do not receive a written cancellation request before this cutoff time, the order will be dispatched and cannot be cancelled. In that case, our standard returns policy will apply. Please note: personalised items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Shipping & Tracking
How long will my order take?
All items are made to order and typically ship within 2 to 4 business days from the UK. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. For the best experience, we recommend creating an account to manage your orders and updates.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination.
What is the shipping policy?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of returns.
Can I ship directly to the recipient?
Yes. You can enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. All orders will be delivered to the address provided.
Order & Fulfilment
How are your items made?
Our products are printed using a high-end Epson SureColor F6400H printer with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, HD Black, Orange, and Violet inks, achieving 20 percent wider colour accuracy. We use PrecisionCore Micro TFP printheads at 600 x 1200 dpi for sharp, vibrant results.
Can I order multiple items in one shipment?
Yes, we can ship multiple items together when possible. Bundled products and gift sets will be available soon.
How can I check my order status?
Log in or register before placing your order to view updates easily. If you checked out as a guest, refer to your email for tracking. Contact us at help@henryshub.co.uk if you need further assistance.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Yes. For ready-made designs, simply reorder the same item. For custom orders, you can re-upload your design or photo to place another order.
Product & Customisation
Can I request a fully custom design not listed on the site?
Yes, we welcome custom orders. You can contact us with your idea or use the upload tool (coming soon) to submit your artwork.
What fonts and colours do you use?
We support a wide range of fonts and colours. If you have specific branding or design preferences, you can send us font files or artwork via email for your order.
Can I personalise with photos?
Yes, we offer the option to upload personal photos for your design. Our upcoming 3D preview tool will allow you to visualise your mug before completing the order.
Care & Maintenance
How do I wash my personalised mug safely?
Our mugs are dishwasher-safe and have been tested to endure over 3,500 cycles without fading. Simply wash them like any other dish, no special care required.
Sustainability & Ethics
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We use recyclable packaging from Kite Packaging, including sealed, air-tight protection that prevents dust and damage while supporting sustainability goals.

Where are your products made?
The ORCA coating is developed in the United States, and the ceramic mugs are manufactured in China. We print and package each order by hand in the UK.

Yes, we work with ethical and UK-based suppliers where possible.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping or handwritten notes?
Not yet. Gift packaging and personal notes are features we plan to add soon.
Can I ship directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's shipping details at checkout. Your order will be delivered straight to them without needing your intervention.
Business & Wholesale
Can I bulk order for corporate or team gifts?
Yes. We welcome business-to-business orders. For custom quotes or design requests, please contact us at help@henryshub.co.uk.
Do you offer a loyalty or referral program?
A referral and rewards program is in development and will be announced soon.
Can I stock your products in my shop?
We currently do not offer a wholesale program. We are planning API-based dropshipping by 2026.
Payments & Checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other common gateways supported through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our website uses encrypted SSL technology and is backed by trusted payment processors including Shopify Payments and PayPal. Your payment and personal data are fully protected.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes. We are VAT registered in the UK. All applicable taxes are included in product pricing, and a VAT invoice will be provided with every order.
