Henry's Hub is a trading name of Henry's Hub Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 15947121, VAT GB498036749). By using our Design Studio and placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Personalised, made-to-order products
Every metal print is custom-made to your order from the design you create. Because each item is personalised and produced specifically for you, the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun, and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — just contact us and we will put it right.
2. Photos and designs you upload
When you upload a photo or create a design, you confirm that:
- you own the rights to the image, or have permission to use it — including the rights of any person, pet, brand, logo or artwork shown in it;
- the content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, and is not unlawful, offensive or harmful.
You keep ownership of your photos. You grant Henry's Hub a licence to use your uploaded images and generated designs solely to create, preview, produce, deliver and support your order. We do not sell your images or use them for anything else without your permission. We may decline or cancel any order whose content breaches these terms.
3. The AI Design Studio
Our Design Studio uses AI to turn your photo and choices into artwork. Results vary, and the on-screen preview is a guide — final printed colours and fine details may differ slightly. Previews are watermarked; the print-ready file is produced after purchase.
4. Image quality
Please upload the clearest photo you can. Low-resolution or blurry photos may affect the finished print. We offer an optional upscale step, but we cannot guarantee results from very poor source images. As items are personalised, we cannot accept returns for quality issues arising from the photo you supplied.
5. Prices, orders and delivery
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT. We aim to dispatch your order within a few working days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Privacy
We handle your personal data and uploaded files in line with our Privacy Policy.
