Your data: requests & complaints
At Henry's Hub we take real care with the photos and information you share with us. This page explains how to ask us about your data, request changes, or raise a concern. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
Who we are: Henry's Hub Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 15947121), 27 Ivy Road, Kettering, NN16 9TQ. We are the data controller for your information.
Make a request about your data
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask us to:
- See the personal information we hold about you;
- Delete your information — including any photos you uploaded and the designs we created for you;
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- Restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time.
Just email sales@henryshub.co.uk telling us what you would like, and we will sort it out. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond as quickly as we can (and within the timescales the law requires).
Complain about how we handle your data
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your photos or personal information, please tell us — we would much rather put it right. Email sales@henryshub.co.uk with the details of your concern.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it, and respond as promptly as we can after that.
Still not happy?
You also have the right to complain to the UK's independent data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk. We would always prefer the chance to put things right first, but this right is always available to you.
