How we print it
Your design is made into a DTF (direct-to-film) transfer and heat-pressed onto the garment by hand in our studio in Kettering. DTF gives full colour and fine detail, photos included, on light and dark fabrics, and the print stays soft and flexible.
Caring for it
- Turn it inside out and wash at 30°C or colder, with similar colours.
- No bleach or fabric softener.
- Line dry, or tumble dry on low.
- Don’t iron directly on the print. Iron inside out if you need to.
- Don’t dry clean.

When the Relax Hood is not enough, the AS Colour Heavy Hood steps up. Built on the 5146, it is the warmest sweatshirt in the AS Colour range, crafted from a heavy weight 400 GSM CVC fleece blend of 80% cotton and 20% recycled polyester that wraps you in serious warmth without sacrificing style.
The oversized fit with dropped shoulders and inset sleeves gives it a premium, considered silhouette that sits differently to a standard hoodie. The self-fabric lined hood, drawcord, and 2x2 ribbing on both the cuffs and hem add structure and detail that make it feel as premium as it performs. Cotton facing on the fleece means your artwork lands with exceptional clarity.

Wash it inside out at 30°C or colder with similar colours, skip bleach and fabric softener, and don’t iron directly on the print.
